Hiking Paradise Hochzeiger

The hiking region Hochzeiger in the Pitztal offers a wide hiking area of about 100 km. These routes provide all levels of difficulty, 4 alpine levels of altitude, between 1,450 to 2,971 m. In summer, the cable car and the chairlift Sechszeiger are in service. For kids up to 10 years, accompanied by a parent, the lift ticket is free ("Bambinifreipass").

Enjoy the beauty of the Tyrolean mountains in the middle of the Alps, the stunning view and the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountain ranges. Brand-new in summer 2015: the ZirbenPark!!!

ZirbenPark

New from July 2015: the ZirbenPark

Go an a special kind of walking-tour. Get to know more about the wood type Swiss stone pine and its facets.

Start the new, 1 km long adventure trail at the mid-station of the Hochzeigerbahn and go on a thrilling journey into the middle of the Swiss stone pine. The adventure trail runs through the Swiss stone pine forest, across the Tanzalm and back to the mid-station.  

The highlight of the ZirbenPark is the 12 m pinecone adventure tower with its viewing platform and a 16 m tube slide. Furthermore, the park offers a little pinecone climbing tower and a net tunnel. Of course, there are also water, play, adventure and relax stations on offer.

The cable car takes you to the ZirbenPark directly next to the Zeiger restaurant that is open all summer. 

Alpine Coaster in Imst

The longest alpine coaster in Hoch-Imst scores with a length of 3,535 m. Take a racy ride including waves, steep turns and speedy bends. In only a few minutes you overcome an altitude difference of 500 m.

To get to the coaster, you can either take the chairlift to the mid-station or go on a leisurely walk.

Alpin Center

The Alpin Center at the Hochzeiger has a lot to offer for adventure fans: climbing, rafting, canyoning, hiking, mountain and glacier tours, paragliding, horse-riding, mountain biking or archery. At the adventure park of the Alpin Center you can test your skills at the high ropes course. 

Pitzi's Kids Club

Kids (10 months and older) are invited to Pitzi's Kids Paradise with climbing wall, table football, lego bricks and much more.

Minis (3 to 6 years) and Maxis (7 to 14 years) find pure action at Pitzi's Kids Club - let them take you on a thrilling expedition with fun and exercise.
